Optoma HD25-LV 1080p 3200 Lumen Full 3D DLP Home Theater Projector with HDMI

This was a great deal, and we are very happy with our projector. Optoma HD25-LV 1080p 3200 Lumen has great contrast and we can see the screen with the lights on now. I had been looking at projectors for quite some time (2+ years) before pulling the trigger on this projector. I wanted one that was affordable, 1080p, 3D-ready, and that was quiet. I got it all!

I was really impressed by how bright the Optoma HD25-LV 1080p 3200 Lumen Full 3D DLP Home Theater Projector is. The color spectrum does really well even with the strong brightness, especially compared to any other projector I've come across. The picture overall was pretty good, we have it projected at 103" diagonal size with 720p "HD" cable signal.

The quality of the 3D is superior to my Optoma HD66. I can say with confidence that the 3D experience with this projector exceeds the movie theater experience. I highly recommend the Optoma ZF2100 RF glasses for use with this projector, as the RF glasses never lose sync, even in very bright scenes, a problem I occasionally had with DLP-Link glasses. As mentioned elsewhere, be sure to purchase glasses that support 144hz.

I can ow see the 120" screen in average lighting. There is absolutely no way that it is bright enough for bright light but this is very impressive. I can't speak to lamp life, but the HD20 that it replaces was very very good at lamp life. Lamp brightness changed noticeably when replacing the lamp so I suspect this one will be the same. I retired the HD20 due to color wheel failure.

Excellent product quality. I am using this Optoma HD25-LV 1080p 3200 Lumen Full 3D DLP Home Theater Projector in my custom theater room that seats 10 people. Picture quality and clarity is outstanding. Now if there was more content! Glad I can't.

Don't be fooled by others that state input resolutions but they can't generate pixel to pixel at this resolution. I guess that I can note that most on small text from PC generated screens. If the center text is perfectly in focus, the time on the task bar can be noted as very slightly out of focus.

Sound... I can note the fan when movies go totally silent. I love this beast. The ROI is awesome compared to more.
